2. Purpose of the website

The website presents FERMAT vending machines and lets you request a quote, apply as a dealer or contact us. It is not an online shop: no contract is concluded and no payment can be made on the website. A contract is only concluded when you accept our written offer or sign a separate contract.

3. Information on the website

We take care to keep the information on this website correct and up to date. Product descriptions, technical data, images and renderings are for general information; the configuration of the machines may differ by country and by order, and we may improve the products without prior notice. Only the prices, specifications and conditions stated in a written offer or contract from HU RO SRL are binding.

4. Use of the forms

Please provide accurate information and do not send unlawful, offensive or unsolicited advertising content. We filter abusive submissions and may block repeated abuse.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, images, logos, renderings and videos on this website belong to HU RO SRL or are used with permission. FERMAT and Fermag are brands of HU RO SRL; ROTTE and other third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners. The content may not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our written consent; viewing it for personal, non-commercial purposes and sharing it with a link to the source are permitted.

6. Links to other websites

The website contains links to third-party sites (for example our social media pages and our partners’ websites). Their operators are responsible for their content and data processing.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but maintenance or technical faults may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use or unavailability of the website, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence; mandatory consumer protection law remains unaffected.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent court for the registered office of HU RO SRL; for consumers, this does not affect the mandatory rules and courts of their country of residence. Consumers can also turn to ANPC and use alternative dispute resolution (SAL, anpc.ro/ce-este-sal).
